Complaints:


Complaints are received on the basis of manufacturing flaws, differences between the final product and the order as well as missing the deadline because of the seller’s fault.


In order to make a complaint, please, fill in and send the complaint form to biuro@kotyliony.com (the complaint can also be made without filling in the form):

Please, do not send a COD parcel. It will not be accepted and expenses will not be covered. The possible repayment will be made after the complaint is investigated.


Returns:


The right to withdraw from a sale contract does not apply to the customer who is a consumer with reference to the contracts on non-prefabricated bespoke goods or the goods that meet consumer’s individual needs. The customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the signed sale contract on prefabricated goods within 14 days without giving any reasons.
